Operations Associate

Acara Solutions is seeking an Operations Temporary Associate for a pharmacy services company in Williamsville, NY!

Type: temporary 
Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
Hourly Rate: $19.00/HR
Responsibilities:  Complete outgoing calls to customers regarding drug delivery set-up and all related services. Scheduling the patient's delivery based on date needed by, confirming potential adverse events, drug efficacy, and maintaining medication and allergy profiles. Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required 
Customer service experience required 
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Call Center experience preferred
