Responsibilities
• Manage monthly financial close process• Prepare annual financial budget and forecasts• Analyze variances to plan, forecast, and prior year• Drive Net Working Capital initiatives• Supervise employees and handle HR-related tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance• 10+ years of Accounting or Finance experience• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing• Experience with ERP systems, JDE preferred• Expert Excel user• Strong project management skills• Practical knowledge of Lean business practices• Desirable knowledge of Percentage of Completion Accounting• Occasional domestic and international travel (20% of the time)
