Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in an independent work environment. This entry-level role does not require any prior experience, making it perfect for those looking to start a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and resolve any issues they may have- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide personalized solutions- Demonstrate leadership in handling difficult situations and escalating issues as needed- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in responses and service quality- Meet performance goals and metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements:- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Creativity in finding unique solutions to customer problems- Natural leadership qualities to take charge of challenging situations- Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
