Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Consolidated Edison is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for someone with a high level of energy and resilience, as well as strong soft skills in strategic planning and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:- Manage online client relationships via email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide timely and helpful responses to client inquiries and concerns- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience- Identify and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention- Monitor and track client feedback and trends to inform decision-making processes- Assist in the development and implementation of online client relations initiatives- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in online client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to think strategically and critically analyze situations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with online client relations platforms preferred
