Network Client Financial Lead Location Fort Wayne, IN (Wallen Chase area) : Pay Range: $26.16-$31.64 Site: Coldwater Road Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p Summary: The Network Client Financial Lead works with the client finance team to maintain client's financial accounts and ledgers. The employee works directly with clients, direct care staff, supervisors, FSSA, the social security office, Fort Wayne Housing Authority, and other outside entities. The Network CFL must work patiently with clients regarding their finances as well as advocate for the clients to outside entities in a patient, professional, and confidential manner.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees and coordinates ESArc's Organizational Representative Payee Program. Coordinates the paying of client expenses for rent and prepares checks for clients consisting of $2,000,000 in expenses annually for 250+ clients. Ensures that all documentation for subsidy for rent, utilities, etc. are properly completed and funds are accounted for. Accounts for $2,200,000 in receipts. Assists and trains clients/staff on budgeting and communicates progress with IPCs. Attends initial case conferences upon enrollment of Waiver, GH and SFC clients Works as a liason with landlords, Fort Wayne Housing and apartment complexes for client needs. Prepares reports and other documents as required Adheres to Easter Seals Arc Human Resources Policies and performs other duties as assigned including assisting other personnel. Supervises Client Financial Specialist and coordinates activities of BO volunteers and other clerical duties being performed by other employees working in office from other departments. Prepares Audit materials and communicates with audit personnel. Requirements: Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in accounting or business preferred OR equivalent experience with bookkeeping, budgeting, and or finances required. One year of experience working with Sage Intacct/Excel/Word is preferred One year of experience working with the ID/DD population is preferred Must be available after hours to complete financial audits in residential sites as needed Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and other required screenings to be eligible for bonding Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently Ability to communicate effectively in order to: Complete required forms and reports of services provided Follow oral and written instructions Communicate with an individual in the individual's mode of communication Ability to perform light lifting when needed Possession of valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance is required Must be able to complete all required training Attends required Annual training Working Conditions: The Client Financial Representative performs duties in a standard office environment. Employee works with some supervision, both alone and with others in a team environment. The CFR works most hours at a desk with standard office equipment. The environment may be fast-paced with interruptions, distractions and deadlines.
Physical Requirements: Employee will work in an open office setting and may experience some minimal light lifting as well as moderate conversational noise.
