Description $1,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible, qualified, Medical Assistants! This is a full time position working with the Northwest Allied Physicians clinics. Summary: Performs patient care activities under the supervision of a provider. Assists providers with medical procedures and office administrative processes as required.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements Education: Required: High School diploma/ GED , and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program (Note: If hired prior to 4/1/2021, equivalent experience is allowed in lieu of HS diploma/ GED ).
Experience: Preferred: Six (6) months experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program at NH.
Skills: Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications: Required: American Heart Association ( AHA ) or American Red Cross( ARC ) BLS certification.
