Masonry Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple masonry construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with project team members, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and progress reports, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in accordance with financial forecasts.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on masonry construction projects.
Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and best practices, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
