The Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the store environment.They contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for customers and a well-maintained workplace for staff.This position involves routine cleaning and maintenance activities, as well as basic repairs and monitoring for hazards.

Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold appearance and hygiene standards.• Sweep, mop, and run floor scrubber regularly to maintain clean and safe surfaces.• Empty trash receptacles and replace garbage bags.• Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked.• Wipe down surfaces such as counters, shelves, and fixtures.• Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks.• Monitor and report safety hazards or maintenance needs.• Assist with store activities and cross-training.• Manage parking lot cleanliness and trash removal.• Participate in learning initiatives and provide support to others.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of retail cashier or supervisory experience, or equivalent combination.• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to review and analyze information accurately.• Excellent customer service skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends.• Physical requirements such as lifting and standing for extended durations.
