Responsibilities
• Monitor patient health and administer basic care• Collaborate with others to meet patient's needs• Provide comfort to patients and implement nursing interventions• Progress patients towards wellness• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and coworkers• Deliver medication safely and maintain professional nursing standards• Report and document patient symptoms, responses, and progress• Perform other assigned functions and tasks
Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing• One or more years of nursing experience preferred• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required• First aid may be required based on state or facility
