Responsibilities: Sourcing & Development: Establish local networks and source prospective Independent Agent candidates and independent agencies. Conduct informational seminars and represent the Agency at local hiring events. Field Training: Provide in-person support to Independent Agents during sales visits. Develop expertise in the Sales Process and remain available for consultation. Meetings: Lead voluntary meetings and webinars. Attend training and development meetings as required. Administration Support: Assist managers and Agents in adhering to administrative processes. Be the primary contact point for administrative and implementation support queries. Other: Work with the team to reach production expectations, meet growth goals, and effectively demonstrate the Agency's Sales Process. Qualifications: Competencies: Problem-solving, continuous learning, initiative, adaptability, results orientation, and values orientation. Education and Experience: A High School Degree or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. 3+ years of stable work history with a successful sales track record.
