Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500! Full-time, Part-time or PRN/Flex Positions available! As an LPN at Tudor Oaks , you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being.
