Full job description Join our well-established, busy Law Practice. Clients and valued business associates have confidence in the proven integrity, ability and character of our Firm. We are growing and looking to add additional members to our team. Hours can be flexible, we are open 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We work very closely with clients, so top-notch customer service is a must. Below are the requirements for this position:
We are searching for candidates with experience in Estate Planning and Administration for part-time or full-time work Must be experienced in legal research techniques and all Microsoft software Document preparation experience: drafting and reviewing various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, based on experience.
