Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous litigation experience preferred; bankruptcy experience required.
Proficiency in navigating iManage, MS Office, InTapp and InTapp Time, 3E, and Chrome River.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Keen attention to detail, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at managing deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and delegate projects effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal team.
Coordinate office procedures and workflow efficiently, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with the Legal Administrative Assistant team, offering support and covering overflow work assignments when necessary.
Schedule client meetings, coordinate logistics, and manage travel arrangements for lawyers.
Organize and maintain lawyers' schedules, monitor email correspondence, and assist with phone inquiries and visitor reception.
Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports accurately and promptly.
Utilize document management systems effectively, maintaining organized and accessible records.
Manage lawyers' time entries and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Maintain up-to-date lawyer preferences and coordinate planned time off with team members.
Participate in mandatory LAA Certification Program and other professional development initiatives.
