Job Description: Ashland University's Dwight Schar College of Education is seeking applications for a lecturer in educational leadership. The candidate will teach graduate courses focused in the principal, superintendent, and educational leadership. This is a full-time position starting Fall 2024.
Support Ashland's philosophy of Accent on the Individual. Teach hybrid and online courses. Collaborate with multiple faculty across programs in curriculum revisions and continuous
improvement efforts. Support adjunct faculty. Participate in committee work and service to the College of Education. Support continuous improvement in the College of Education. Engage in service on Ashland's main campus and other affiliated centers (e.g., Columbus), as
necessary. Conduct other related duties, as assigned. Required Qualifications: Earned doctorate in education leadership or closely related field Current superintendent license, or eligibility to obtain licensure Minimum of five (5) years of full-time P-12 district or school level leadership (preferably as a
