Job summary
The Lead Cashier is responsible for guest transactions and maintaining cashwrap standards.They assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates.The position drives loyalty results and supports the leadership team.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting store goals related to sales, loyalty, and shrink.• Provide exceptional service to guests by personalizing their experience and recommending products.• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.• Book appointments and support in-store events.• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and fixtures.• Contribute to an inclusive environment and support teammates.• Stay informed about industry trends and products.• Promote the guest loyalty program and achieve credit and loyalty goals.• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.• Engage and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance goals.• Adhere to company policies and standards.• Complete transactions and control cash according to procedures.• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to loss prevention measures.
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred.• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.• Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.
