• Act as a direct support for management team• Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections• Work with integrity and act as Manager On Duty• Efficiently process customer transactions• Master product knowledge• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts• Maintain store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts• Passion for the health & wellness industry• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Follow management direction• Flexibility to work in other locations
