Responsibilities
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot MyChart, MyChart Bedside, and Welcome Epic modules• Build and maintain strong relationships with various teams and departments• Provide analysis and support for installed systems and integration projects• Validate and verify data integrity of changes introduced• Liaise between clinical, business, and technical areas• Manage small- to mid-sized projects• Contribute to software testing activities• Provide 24/7 on-call support if required
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis• Epic certification, preferably in MyChart and Welcome• Experience with Epic build and support• Analytical skills, organizational skills, and sound judgement• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
