You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of design principles and documents for all projects to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the public within a space. GENERAL SKILLS Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of interior finishes, furniture, building codes, and construction processes Collaborate with sales, architects, engineering, consultants, and build team on projects, providing guidance across all disciplines for coordination PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Provide documentation to estimating to establish project budget Generate interior design concepts and design finalization Respond to Clients and Project Executives in a timely manner Generate and present designs, construction documents, and furniture packages to clients via Teams or Zoom Produce and review construction documents, specifications, and provide redlines for the project Review submittals, shop drawings along with answering RFIs, and prepare / issue Addendums and/or ASIs as necessary Complete projects on schedule and within established budget Perform all other related work, as assigned or as apparent* EXPECTATIONS Minimum travel for training as required EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES Bachelor's degree within Interior Design or Interior Architecture 5+ years of commercial interior design experience required NCIDQ, LEED, or WELL accreditation is preferred Proficient with Revit and InDesign Knowledge of CET Designer, CAP, or 2020 Worksheets is preferred
