Responsibilities
• Create engaging and effective customized learning products• Review and maintain instructional methods• Stay current with educational research and trends• Create content outlines and learning scenarios• Design effective learning activities• Coordinate with project managers and subject matter experts• Design assessment strategies• Attend meetings and provide information on assigned projects• Develop documentation• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Certificate in Teaching• 4 or more years of training and education experience• Familiarity with Army and Joint Doctrine and Policy• Understanding of Army Training and Product Development• Experience with the ADDIE model• Proficient verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback• Proficiency in MS Office products• Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility• United States citizenship• Active secret security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance
