Hvac Sales & Service Manager

Our Team With 25+ years of experience servicing the Greater Phoenix metro, Emergency Air is looking for our next HVAC Service and Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a successful and profitable HVAC Service team.
The Opportunity Our company is growing, and we now need a great HVAC leader to take our team to the next level. Our managers aren't micromanaged - they run their own departments and are responsible for getting the best out of their teams. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of residential plumbing and a track record of exceeding sales goals and creating satisfied customers. Prior team management experience is preferred but not required to be successful in our environment.
Compensation & Benefits $150k OTE. $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary + quarterly bonus structure + milestone bonuses. Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) 2 weeks PTO 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month Responsibilities Manage a team of 15-20 HVAC Technicians and apprentices Provide sales and technical training for Technicians and Apprentices Coach team to hit quality and revenue KPIs. Assign customer jobs to technicians best suited to the customer's needs. Address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior team management experience 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Successful completion of the Culture Index Questionnaire Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals. Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check. Schedule : 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends and after-hours availability as needed.
