The HR Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent for all open positions within the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. The recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.


Schedule: Part-time, 9:00am - 4:00pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 consistent weekday off

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans and sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles
Create compelling job postings and advertise openings through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
Source and screen resumes/applications, conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and fit for the role and company culture
Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages
Conduct reference and background checks prior to hire
Onboard new employees by coordinating paperwork, system setup, benefits enrollment, etc.
Maintain recruitment data and provide analytical reports on hiring metrics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
Represent the company positively and provide an excellent candidate experience
Assist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as needed


Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Skills:
1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices
Problem solving and negotiation skills


Education:
High School


Experience:
1-4 years


Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases/applicant tracking systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
