• Creates, edits, and posts jobs on various platforms• Attends and holds job fairs to recruit• Advises hiring managers on qualified candidates• Reviews and edits interview questions• Assists with pre-screening and interviews• Collects application materials and interview notes• Meets with candidates for pre-employment screening• Meets with new staff for onboarding• Communicates key information• Refers to HR Manager and COO for complex issues
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of HR or administrative experience• Driver Qualification Status not required• Must pass comprehensive background screening
