Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning and related service work• Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning procedures and infection control• Maintain cleanliness of closets, housekeeping cart, and equipment• Participate in staff meetings and in-services• Demonstrate positive customer service skills• Communicate issues/concerns to supervisor• Assist new employees in following community policies and procedures• Attend all in-services as assigned• Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, and other service providers• Observe community safety policies and procedures
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or hospitality setting• Ability to read and write• High School diploma or equivalent• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English• Motivational, energetic with a passion for serving others• Patience and sensitivity to others' needs• Good communication and teamwork skills• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, reach, bend, twist, sit, stand, and walk
