Duties and Responsibilities: First line support troubleshooting; responds to requests for technical assistance. Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.Provide user training and training on Apple devices. Onboard new users and offboarding tasks. Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation. Required Qualifications Experience with software installation and workstation support. Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications. Know Windows 10 Operating System including setup and configuration. Know networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
