Heavy Equipment Assembler

Job summary
Responsible for the assembly or fabrication of mechanical parts for oilfield pumping equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
• Perform engine dress, i.e. alternator, intake manifold, and starters.• Utilize torque specifications during assembly process.• Install required components using current assembly practices.• Track and mark each component as installed.• Mark build sheet as each portion is completed.• Follow instructions by part number and description.• Organize, coordinate, and clean work station.• Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.• All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Basic knowledge of assembly principles.• Ability to utilize hand and power tools.• Ability to manage time in a manufacturing environment.• Ability to properly utilize PPE.
