• Manage complex diary and calendar for executives• Organize travel itineraries and handle visa applications• Facilitate meetings by providing support in minute taking and composing agendas• Perform highly confidential administrative tasks• Compose, edit, and review confidential correspondence• Compile statistical information, generate reports, and create presentations• Fulfill office manager responsibilities and perform other secretarial duties
Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant• Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 55 words per minute• Strong written and oral English communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
