• Develop strategic operational plan for revenue growth• Cascade revenue and efficiency goals• Leverage partnerships with other Cox Automotive businesses• Lead and influence teams of leaders and managers• Partner with auction GMs to share best practices• Develop auction team members and build trust• Drive consistent client and team member experience• Collaborate with business process owners• Identify and implement operational process improvements• Evaluate data to drive revenue sources and efficiencies
Requirements
• BA/BS degree in a related field• 12+ years of related experience with 7 years in leadership• Experience in automotive or Auction industry preferred• Effective communication, management, and decision-making skills• Computer and software skills required• Valid driver's license and good driving record
