Our client is a well-known luxury floral retail brand that is transcending traditional luxury with its combination of first-class customer service and elusive designs. They have been a dominant force in the industry and are looking for dynamic Client Advisor to join their team.
Position Overview:
As a Client Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate superior product knowledge to customers. You will create an in-store shopping experience that makes the customer feel welcome and comfortable and ensure merchandise is always displayed correctly and well-stocked.
Responsibilities:
• Opening and Closing of the boutique
• Experience within luxury retail is a plus
• Applicants must be able to conceal any tattoos or piercings and have natural colored hair
• Must be able to be comfortable standing for long, extended periods of time
• Must feel comfortable greeting and assisting customers, providing a welcome and inviting in-store experience
• Ability to lift, organize, and open boxes as needed with urgency and care for all products
• All potential staff must interview via video call prior to starting in the role(s)
• All potential staff must pass a basic background check prior to starting in the role(s)
• All staff must follow any guidelines that the company currently has in place regarding the prevention and spread of COVID-19.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance as needed
• Support fellow team members as needed
