Responsibilities
• Analyze Gordon Food Service purchasing data and make independent decisions regarding freight costing• Ensure accurate system freight costs through collaboration• Calculate, review, and implement freight rates• Perform freight bracket analysis• Research and analyze historical data for accurate costing• Engage in contractual freight cost analysis• Develop reports for customer freight audits• Generate, review, and audit financial reports
Requirements
• One to three years previous financial or supply chain management experience• Understanding of freight rates, costing, and information technology• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting, or Finance preferred• Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
