• Owns and operates hotels globally, tailoring business plans uniquely for each asset based on market, location, asset type, and service levels.
? Role- Controller:
• Pivotal role in achieving the company's objectives by offering financial expertise and strategic leadership.
• Collaborate with the CFO to enhance financial reporting, business metrics, and cash management across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
• Supervise senior accountants, administrative team, and property-level accounting managers
• Supports property and entity business strategies through established accounting principles and oversees all accounting policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manages and ensures accuracy in accounting staff work, including tax administration and production of monthly financial statements for each entity.
• Advises internal stakeholders on financial matters, enforces compliance with audit processes, and proactively plans to improve profitability and efficiency
Salary & Benefits:
• $120k-$150k Base salary

• Location: Houston – Onsite initially with potential for hybrid working schedule in the near future
• Join a small team within an admin team between 32-40 people
• Hours 9-6pm, but can be flexible
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience within accounting position
• Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting or related field. CPA preferred.
• Experience with general ledger posting, month end closing, and reconciliations
