Job Summary Provides startup, troubleshooting and end user training for Luminaires and lighting control systems. Can easily read lighting and floor plans and interpret specifications to ensure system installations match the plans and meet the end user's expectations. Has enough expertise to handle complex jobs and work with both internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and drive for project completion.
This role is remote with 90% travel Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will reside in the New Jersey or New York area due to the travel being predominantly in the Eastern region of the U.S. 
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Performs onsite lighting and control startup, troubleshooting and end user training. | 60% Provides expert support for both internal and external customers as it pertains to field applications of product | 25% Creates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to provide differentiated service | 10% Provides engineering support and communicates cross-functionally with other departments. | 5% Skills and Minimum Experience Required Associate's Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent 0 to 2 years of relevant experience  Working general computer skills, including but not limited to e-mail, spread sheet, word processing, and data entry. Strong communication, both written and oral. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts...). Passport and Valid Drivers Licenses  Preferred Skills and Experience 2 to 4 years of relevant experience  Understanding of lighting control systems.
