Job Description:
This is not a mowing position. We are looking for a Landscape Foreman to expand our landscape installation team. The foreman will
work directly
with
crew members to ensure that the projects are completed on time and with the quality that Stauffer Lawn and Landscape is built upon. This is not a supervisory position. The job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to plan, organize and communicate the days duties with 2-3 crew members
Installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects daily in a safe and productive manner
Ability to safely operate a variety of construction equipment
Maintain accurate record of time on jobsite, materials and equipment used
Familiar with installation processes
Must have verifiable experience with installation of paver patios, ledgestone walls using various hardscape materials.
Skills We Are Seeking
Valid Driver's License

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Self-motivated and a quick learner
Consistent attendance and capability to get to work
Desire to grow in the industry
2-year minimum verifiable Landscape/Hardscape installation experience
