Our name, 400 Gradi , translates to 400 degrees (celsius), the temperature a traditional, thin-crusted Neapolitan pizza is cooked (for only 90 seconds!).  Showcasing the mastery of founder Johnny Di Francesco, we serve traditional Southern Italian cuisine prepared with the highest of standards. Most of our menu is locally sourced, with specialty items — such as San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil, and gelato — imported from Italy.

We'd like for you to have:
Previous experience working in Italian restaurants is preferred 4+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager Ability to manage a diverse work environment High school diploma or equivalent An interest in creating delicious, made from scratch dishes for our guests.  The ability to work in a fast paced environment.  We can offer you:
