Minimum Qualifications : Master's Degree in Education, Student Development, Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or related field required. 2-3 years' experience in program management, facilitation, and implementation required. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required. Knowledge of academic advising services; development of individual service plans; and college, career, financial aid, and economic literacy services/programing for disadvantaged students required. Experience managing projects with specified goals, objectives, and timelines required. Previous experience in managing TRIO funded programs or servicing disadvantaged student populations similar to TRIO preferred. About Western Piedmont Community College
