Job Description:
Intel is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Intel products and services.3. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.4. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.6. Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Requirements:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.7. Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule.
