Job Description:

Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer who will work from home. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the management team

Requirements:- Driven and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong teamwork and people management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus
