Responsibilities
• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Daily storage unit inspections• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits• Help keep customers current with payments• Perform reminder and collection calls• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Sweep/mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds
Requirements
• Experience in customer service centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
