Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and care. Your ability to provide exceptional service will be key in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Ensure detailed and accurate information is provided to customers and recorded in our systems.
Requirements:
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in typing (minimum 40 words per minute).
Comfortable handling phone conversations.
Excellent attention to detail.
