Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a vital member of a small manufacturing company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat portal. Qualifying and follow up on incoming leads to foster strong customer relationships. Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with production personnel to schedule orders. Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with designated salespersons as needed. Handle invoicing, payments, and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with general office duties including filing, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Maintain accurate records, including sales orders, invoices, and reports. Fill in for other office staff when necessary and assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Detail-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
