Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cruise Bookers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in booking cruise vacations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This is a commission-based position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work full-time or part-time from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise vacation based on their preferences and budget. Provide accurate information about cruise itineraries, amenities, and pricing. Process bookings and payments efficiently and accurately. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay up-to-date on cruise industry trends and promotions. Requirements: Must be located in the United States, Mexico, or Australia. Must have a stable internet connection, smartphone, or computer. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
