Family Office Overview:

We are the family office of an ultra-high net worth individual dedicated to managing the personal and financial affairs and philanthropic endeavors of our principal. With a long-standing commitment to excellence, integrity, and superior service, we provide comprehensive services tailored to our principal's unique needs and goals.

Position:

We are seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join our team in the role of Counsel supporting the General Counsel in a wide range of general corporate matters. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal guidance and support across various corporate, transactional and governance matters.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house, with a focus on corporate transactions, real estate, or other transactional practice areas. Experience in a family office, private trust company, or with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.

Compensation:

$220-300K, plus 20% bonus plus LTIP.

Location:

Palo Alto, CA. A hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days per week on site in the office.

Relocation:

Yes. This is a national search, but local candidates are highly preferred.

Bar:

Candidate must be a member of the California State Bar or otherwise qualified to practice law in California as registered in-house counsel.
