Job Title: Corporate Leasing Trainer
Job Summary: Are you a dynamic and outgoing individual with a knack for turning training sessions into engaging experiences? We are seeking a Corporate Leasing Trainer to join our team and bring a fun and lively approach to our leasing training programs. Your role is to inspire and educate leasing agents through interactive and enjoyable training courses, leveraging your experience as a Property Manager and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: Fun and Engaging Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs with a focus on making learning fun and interactive. Utilize your outgoing personality to create a lively training atmosphere that encourages participation and enthusiasm. Incorporate creative elements, such as games, role-plays, and team-building activities, into training sessions. Field Training, Coaching & Leasing: Conduct on-site field training sessions to provide hands-on guidance and support to leasing agents. Assist in leasing activities alongside training. Including property tours, lease signings and follow ups. Demonstrate effective leasing sales techniques, customer service skills, and administrative best practices in real-world scenarios. Help lease units to improve vacancies. Training Program Development: Collaborate with the training team to design and enhance training materials that reflect a fun and crazy training style. Infuse humor and creativity into training content while ensuring key leasing concepts and procedures are effectively communicated. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead by example and serve as a role model for leasing agents, showcasing professionalism, positivity, and a can-do attitude. Provide mentorship and one-on-one coaching to new hires or agents needing additional support in leasing sales and administration. Administrative Skills and Process Improvement: Utilize your strong administrative skills to organize training schedules, track training progress, and maintain training records. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the leasing department and contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager with a strong focus on leasing and sales. Leasing Sales Expert Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and driving results. Outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and outgoing personality. Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment while delivering informative and impactful training. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office and training management software. Certification or training in leadership development or coaching is a plus. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to adapt training styles based on audience preferences and learning needs. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Willingness to travel for training sessions or industry events (including out of state) A sense of humor and a creative mindset to infuse fun and craziness into training experiences.
