Controls Engineer Location: Pontiac, MI, 48302
Overview We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our team at our facility in Pontiac, MI. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize control system performance Provide technical support for production and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in controls engineering
Must have experience with Mitshubishi programs.
Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI design
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Salary info: $40 - $45 / hr
