Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, have strong critical thinking skills, and excel in planning and organization.

Responsibilities:1. Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner2. Providing exceptional customer service by resolving problems and answering questions effectively3. Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system4. Assisting with bookings, reservations, and changes to existing reservations5. Upselling and promoting Hilton products and services to customers6. Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals and targets7. Staying up-to-date on Hilton policies, procedures, and promotions8. Working independently and efficiently in a remote environment

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and customer service software4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred6. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home7. Access to reliable high-speed internet connection8. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
