Construction Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects, from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, you will oversee all day-to-day project activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines. Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes. Lead, direct, and coordinate project teams. Monitor project progress, address variances, and adjust plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety regulations. Conduct cost estimates and generate bid documents. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a project management role. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
