Computer Technician

Description: Responsible for the installation servicing and upgrading PC equipment mainframe connections and peripherals and responds to user requests. Troubleshoots and repairs computer software hardware and network configurations. Provides technical and user support for PC components mainframe networking and LAN-based systems. May be internal or external client-focused. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Having the knowledge and experience to be able to handle unusual and seldom occurring job events with minimal assistance. May serve in a lead role and train others. Associates degree or equivalent and 4 years of related experience. Technical School desired.
