Full-time position starting at $87,800/yr. What You'll Do As a Compliance Manager, you'll take charge of internal audits, program invoices, funder-required reports, and external contract monitoring. You'll be the backbone of our affordable housing compliance, ensuring everything from file reviews to lease-ups meets the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in supporting our Property Management Teams and providing top-notch internal consulting services.
Lead and train a dynamic compliance team. Conduct thorough reviews and maintain impeccable records. Foster relationships with external partners and funders. Stay ahead of the curve with HUD, Tax Credit, and other regulatory developments. Drive compliance trainings, sharing your knowledge and expertise. A detail-oriented professional with a knack for dates and technicalities. A leader who embodies Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care principles. A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. A mentor who builds capacity through clear communication and support. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services. Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
