Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field. The role requires someone who is driven and dedicated, with excellent planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support the company's objectives- Write and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications- Manage media relations and coordinate interviews and press conferences- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to senior management- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding- Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
