Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Client Service Manager to join our team at Honeywell International. This is a part-time, remote position based in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services- Provide support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company
Requirements:- Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service- Resourceful and able to think outside the box to solve problems- Strong research skills to stay informed about products and industry trends- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
