Job Description:
PPG Industries is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement client communication strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction- Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor our products and services to better meet their expectations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue- Attend client meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen relationships and promote our brand- Monitor client satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints promptly and effectively- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the best possible solutions- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions
Requirements:- Hardworking and passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed in a client-facing role- Excellent research and strategic planning skills to effectively understand and meet client needs- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred- Prior experience in client relations or customer service is a plus but not required
